Heard Sri Awadh Narain Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
The petitioner appeared in the main examination of Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2018 held on 30th, 31st January and 1st February, 2019.
The petitioner wants that he may be allowed inspection of his answer-sheets of the above examination.
The matter is fully covered by our decision dated 22.07.2019 passed in Writ - A No.10688 of 2019 (Suparna Mishra Vs. U.P. Public Service Commission and another).
Learned counsel for the parties agreed that this petition can be disposed off in terms of the aforesaid decision.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed off in the same terms and conditions as above referred writ petition and the petitioner is held entitled to inspection of answer-sheets of the main examination subject to maintaining the confidentiality of the examiner.
