This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature Mandamus directing the Respondent Authority to decide the representation of petitioner dated 07.05.2018.
B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authority to direct the Respondent Authority to return the two teeth of her Mala Elephant or give amount of Teeth to the petitioner with regard to Accidental Death of Petitioner's elephant due to negligence of Electricity Department, Electricity Distribution Mandal, Naugarh, Purvanchal Vidhut Vitran Nigam, Siddharthnagar."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 4, Chief Forest Conservator ventilating his grievances within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavour to consider and decide the same by a speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
