1. Heard Sri Chandra Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the applicant; Sri S. Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Nagendra Srivastava, learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.
2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Anirudh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. - 105 of 2019, under Sections - 307, 147, 148, 149, 34, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Sherkot, District - Bijnor, during pendency of trial.
3. At the outset, it has been submitted that according to the first information report the grievous injuries has been caused with sharp weapon, namely, farsa and axe, which has been ascribed to the two co-accused Gaurav and Sahdev. No specific role has been assigned to any of the applicant. Though learned counsel for the informant states that the applicant is equally involved in the commission of offence, inasmuch as, he has been implicated for injuries caused by laathee blows in the same incident, in absence of any criminal history of the present applicant and the fact that the entire family- husband, wife and their three daughters and one son-in-law have been implicated and also keeping in mind the fact that in exact similar allegation the co- accused Vipin has already been enlarged on bail in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.38884 of 2019 vide order dated 24.09.2019, the applicant is also entitled to bail;

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the final merits of the case, let the applicant involved in the aforesaid crime be released on bail, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned, with the following conditions:-
(i) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence by intimidating/pressuring the witness, during the investigation or trial.
(ii) The applicant shall cooperate in the trial sincerely without seeking any adjournment.
(iii) The applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity or commission of any crime after being released on bail.
5. In case, of breach of any of the above conditions, the bail being granted shall be cancelled.
6. Identity, status and residence proof of the applicant and sureties be verified by the court concerned before the bonds are accepted.
