At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that during the pendency of this bail application before this Court, the applicant has been convicted by the trial court and as such, the instant bail application has become infructuous.
In view of statement made by Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, this bail application is rejected as has become infructuous.
