Heard learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
The learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition on the finding that the appellant (the petitioner therein) had no fundamental right which was being infringed by withdrawing him from training. It is also recorded by the learned Single Judge that the appellant was not selected candidate but he was only given the facility of undergoing training.
We do not find any infirmity in the impugned order passed by learned Single Judge.
The present special appeal lacks merit and is, accordingly,
dismissed.
