This Court on 08.11.2021 passed the following order:-
"It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that papers relating to pension of the petitioner has been forwarded by the Additional Director Internal Audit to the Excise Commissioner, Prayagraj by letter dated 13.08.2021, but his pension and other retiral dues have not been released till date.
Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks time to seek instruction in the matter and apprise the Court as to why pension and other retiral dues have not been released to petitioner.
Put up as fresh on 20.12.2021."
Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel on instruction states that all unpaid retiral dues of the petitioner shall be released within a period of two months from today.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off in the light of statement made by Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel.
In case, unpaid retiral dues of the petitioner has not been released within the aforesaid period, the respondent-authority shall pay simple interest @10% from the date the unpaid retiral dues has become due till the date of its payment.
