JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Nagendra Kumar Pandey, who was granted time to seek the instruction in the matter, submits that the petitioners' claim that they had secured higher marks than Sandeep Kumar is incorrect, as he has received instructions from the authority concerned that Sandeep Kumar is under the scheduled category.
Learned counsel for the respondent is granted six weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
Rejoinder afffidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
List immediately thereafter.
