The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the appellate court to decide Misc. Civil Appeal No.89 of 2014 expeditiously.
On a query made by the Court as to the nature of the order against which the appeal has been filed, counsel for the petitioner is unable to clarify the same. The order of the trial court against which the appeal has been filed, has also not been filed with the instant petition.
In the absence of complete facts being brought on record, this Court declines to issue any direction. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
