The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 11.6.2019 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per Clause 13(3), an appeal which has been filed under Clause 13(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016, was required to be decided within a period of 60 days from its filing.
It is, therefore, directed that the Appeal being Appeal No. 110 of 2019 (Anganpal vs. State of U.P. and Others) be decided within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, unless there is any other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
Any allotment which shall take place, shall be subject to the decision of the Appeal.
