The writ petition is filed by the petitioners alleging that the first petitioner's wife Smt.Neethu K. and their two year old child Surya Thej are missing from 17.09.2014. When the matter came up on 25.09.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they got back the child on 24.09.2014 from the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Payyannur when the wife of the first petitioner was produced before that Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the girl has come back to the second petitioner subsequent to the last posting date. The learned Government Pleader has made available the statement given by her before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Payyannur.
In the light of the subsequent development, it is not necessary to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
