2. When the matter has been posted in the list under the caption "for dismissal" on 01.08.2017, there was no representation for both sides and the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 22.08.2017. Even on 22.08.2017, nobody appeared and the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 23.08.2017. Again when the matter was taken up on 24.08.2017, Mr.Saravana Kumar, the counsel on record for the petitioner has submitted that another counsel on record M/s.M.Samundeeswari Prabha has become a Judicial Officer and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to remove her name in the cause list and her name was directed to be deleted and the name of the second counsel, Mr.Saravana Kumar was printed in the cause list and the matter was directed to be posted on 01.09.2017. Again the matter was listed on 05.09.2017. Even on that day, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 07.09.2017. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is seen that neither the counsel nor the party is interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for non-
