1. Shri Ajendra Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2, Shri Aditya Singh Parihar holding brief of Shri Rahul Sahai, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 and Shri Manish Trivedi, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 are present.
2. At the outset, Sri Ajendra Kumar, Advocate, learned counsel for petitioner, states that there is some serious defect in writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one.
3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents have no objection to aforesaid request.
4. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
