Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present petition, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned court below to expedite the proceeding in Case No.181 of 2016 (Smt. Anita Vs. Akhil), under Section 127, Cr.P.C., P.S. Civil Lines, District Meerut, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Meerut, within the time stipulated by this Court.
Application under Section 125, Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant is pending since the year 2015.
The application is disposed of directing the court below to conclude the proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order before it.
