For the execution of a decree dated 10.3.1969, the execution application was filed in the year 1989. The grievance of the petitioner is that the execution application was not being decided expeditiously.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Executing Court will now proceed with the case on a day-to- day basis and decide the case expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. Adjournment shall be granted only under very pressing circumstances and that too after imposing heavy costs on the party seeking adjournment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
