Learned standing counsel states that the 6th respondent shall complete and draw the verification report within a period of three weeks from today and transmit the same, forthwith, to the 5th respondent, i.e., the Superintendent of Police, Maharajganj. The 5th respondent shall, in consequence, pass appropriate orders with respect to the selection of the petitioner.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made, this petition shall stand disposed of.
