JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, claiming to belong to Most Backward Class community with a pass in 10th Standard, had applied for the post of Noon Meal Organizer with necessary documents and completed the interview. While so, one Shanthi, W/o Selvakotti, belonging to the same village, having the qualification of D.Pharm and running a medical shop, possessing seven acres of agricultural land with a house site patta, concealing all these facts, wrongly mentioned in her application that she has completed 12th Standard. Therefore, a representation has been given by the petitioner to take appropriate action against the said Mrs.Shanthi. But till date, no action has been taken. Hence she has been advised to come to this Court.
2. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. Ms.M.Lalitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.
3. This Court, considering the serious allegation made by the petitioner against the said Mrs.Shanthi, hereby directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and do the needful forthwith within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
Post the matter on 19.6.2017 'for reporting compliance'.
