Learned APP Shri Raval has stated at bar under instructions of Shri M.L. Parmar, P.S.I, Vadgam Police Station that the petitioner has been given police protection from 28th March, 2012 and he himself has visited the petrol pump on 28th March, 2012 and satisfied himself and deputed two police constables and no untoward incidents has occurred. Learned APP further submits that affidavit-in-reply is ready qua the averments made in this petition. Learned APP has submits that he has received an additional affidavit from the advocate for the petitioner few minutes ago and therefore, he requests that the matter be kept on 11.04.2012 so that appropriate affidavit-in-reply, if any, meeting with those allegations could also be filed. Learned advocate for the petitioner is to place on record the additional affidavit, which he says that he has filed in the office today but not on the record. He will have to trace it and see to it that same be placed on record. S.O to 11.04.2012.
