Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2021.
This is an application for correction in the order dated 27.8.2021.
Learned counsel applicant submits that due to inadvertence Section "126" Cr.P.C. has wrongly been transcribed as Section "128" Cr.P.C. in the 9th line of paragraph 2 of the order dated 27.8.2021.
In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and in the order dated 27.8.2021, Section "128" Cr.P.C. be deleted and replaced by Section "126" Cr.P.C. in the 9th line of paragraph 2 of the order.
This order in the correction application shall form part of the order dated 27.8.2021.
The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
