Learned counsel for the petitioner may correct the names and the addresses of the parties in the array of parties during the course of the day.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No. 320/1771 (Amrawati versus Durgi @ Durga) under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Phoolpoor, District Azamgarh, may be decided expeditiously, within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No. 320/1771 (Amrawati versus Durgi @ Durga) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
