This is an application preferred by convict prisoner of Session Case No.244 of 2009 for temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his brother. In support of his contention he has produced Invitation Card.

I have perused papers. I deem it fit and proper to order release of the applicant on temporary bail from 8.2.2012 to 12.2.2012.
In the facts and circumstances of the case the accused - applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with the jail authority for a period from 8.2.2012 to 12.2.2012 on usual terms and conditions. He shall surrender with the jail authority on expiry of temporary bail period. Rule made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
