Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and learned AGA for the State.
The present criminal revision has been preferred against the order dated 24.5.2018 passed by the Additional District and Session Judge/Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), Amroha, in Special Session Trial No. 72 of 2017 (State of U.P. Vs. Fakharuddin), arising out of Case Crime No. 277 of 2017, under Section 366, 368, 354 I.P.C., and Section 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Adampur, District Amroha, pending in the court of Additional Session Judge/Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), Amroha.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionists have been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. on the apparently inconsistent testimony of P.W.-1.
Perusal of the order and annexures to the present application reveal that the applicants have been specifically named and specific role has been assigned to them.
Consequently, the present revision has no force and is accordingly dismissed. However, it is left open to the revisionists to avail all their remedies during trial.
