This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to re-activate the Aadhar Enrollment Centre of the petitioner situated at Tehsil Amritpur, District Farrukhabad."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.
From perusal of the records it appears that the petitioner has been running an Aadhar Enrollment Centre, but suddenly on 13.06.2018 the petitioner was shown inactive and was suggested to contact tech support by Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). On complaint being made by the petitioner, the authority concerned vide order dated 19.07.2018 informed the petitioner that due to non-renewal of Aadhar Work Agreement the operator's services have been deactivated and soon renewal of service agreement would take place and shall be informed accordingly. Copy of the order dated 19.07.2018 has been enclosed along with writ petition.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the reason assigned in the order of the authority concerned dated 19.07.2018, we do not find any justification for interference in the present writ petition.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
