Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Case Crime No. 963A of 2011, State v. Amit Sharma @ Gaurav Sharma, under Sections 379, 411 IPC, P.S. Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Ghaziabad.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of aforesaid case.
In view of the above, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VII, Ghaziabad is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order looking to its own roaster and other expedited trials under the order of this Court issued from time to time.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
