Considering the fact that petitioner's claim has been forwarded to State by the Director only on 6.4.2018, and hardly any time has lapsed, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition, at this stage.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
Liberty, however, stands reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court again, in case a decision is not taken by the State within the reasonable time.
