Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vinod Kumar, who appears for the Union - respondents.
This petition has been preferred seeking a direction for the respondents being commanded to supply a copy of the OMR sheet.
On the record, there exists a communication dated 4th April, 2014, pursuant to which the concerned authority of the respondents has stated reasons why the OMR sheet cannot be provided to the petitioner.
If the petitioner be aggrieved by the said response under the Right to Information Act, 2005, sufficient remedies and avenues are available to him under said statute. No case arises, for this Court, entertaining this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution.
Subject to liberty being reserved to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings, if so chosen and advised under the 2005 Act, this petition is dismissed.
