1. Heard Sri Amulya Ratan Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State respondents.
2. Against the impugned order dated 03.06.2015 whereby permission for sale granted by competent authority under Section 157AA of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 has been cancelled, the petitioners have statutory remedy of revision before Commissioner/Board of Revenue.
3. Hence this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
