1. By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of Second Appeal No.229/2011 which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on account of non-removal of office objections as directed vide order dated 18th November, 2011. The applicant also seeks condonation of delay of 8 days caused in preferring the present application.
2. Heard Mr. V.A. Mansuri, learned advocate for the applicant.
3. Having regard to the averments made in the application, the court is of the view that sufficient cause has been made out for condoning the delay of 8 days caused in filing the present application. The applicant has also sufficiently explained as to why office objections could not be removed within the time limit stipulated by this court.
4. In the circumstances, the application is allowed. The delay of 8 days caused in filing the present application is condoned. Second Appeal No.229/2011 is hereby restored to file. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
5. Office objections to be removed on or before 27th February, 2012.
