The present Civil Application has been filed by the applicant original respondent for condonation of a delay in filing this civil application for bringing legal heirs of respondent no. 1 on record on the ground stated in the application interalia that the applicants were not aware about the procedure and it is a cause of the delay.
Heard learned advocate Mr. Sanjeev Kumar for the applicant. In view of the reasons mentioned and also considering the liberal approach to be adopted in such matter of condonation of delay, the present civil application deserves to be allowed. The prayer made in terms of para 8(A) is granted. Delay condoned. Rule made absolute.
