The Court finds no ground either to entertain the instant writ petition or to issue the writs as prayed for bearing in mind the fact that the petitioner admittedly had been engaged through an outsourcing agency. In view of the aforesaid, no relief can possibly be granted.

Consequently, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
