JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sankagiri to commit the case in PRC No.20 of 2013 to the file of Sessions Court at Sankagiri.

2. The relief sought for by the petitioner herein is not seriously opposed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. In view of the same, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sankagiri to expedite the committal proceedings in PRC No.20 of 2013 to the file of Sessions Court at Sankagiri for trial and speedy disposal of the case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
