JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application is preferred with a prayer to allow the impleadment of legal heirs of respondent No.3 who died pending this petition.
On having served the notices to the proposed respondents, it is urged by the learned advocate for the petitioner that none of the proposed parties has chosen to contest this request. In any case, these respondents are required to be impleaded being heirs of respondent No.3.
Resultantly, this Civil Application is allowed. Heirs of original respondent No.3 shall be impleaded as party-respondents. Necessary amendment shall be carried out in the cause - title and also in the petition whenever necessary, within one week on receipt of this order.
Special Civil Application No. 6112/2011 shall be placed for hearing in due course thereafter.
Civil Application No. 2294 of 2012 stands disposed of in terms above.
