JUDGMENT / ORDER

No representation for the petitioner.
2.When the matter was listed on 01.02.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is listed today. Again there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by considering the representation of the petitioner and informing him that the jewels cannot be returned to the petitioner in view of the letter received from the Inspector of Police, Crime Branch CID, Madurai City, dated 04.09.2014, stating that the jewels sought to be redeemed by the petitioner are freezed and they become the Court property to be marked during the trial in the case pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai.
2.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
