JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard both sides.
2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 to 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 25.12.2015 dated 23.12.2016.
3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, on the petition given by the petitioner Mary Latha, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the petitioner herself has given a written request to the second respondent stating that no action is necessary on her petition. He has also produced a copy of the written request given by the petitioner.
4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is disposed of . 09.02.2017 To:
1. The Superintendent of Police, Madurai District, Madurai.
2. The Inspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station, Kottampatti, Melur Taluk, Madurai District..
