Shri Ravindra Prasad, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Kaushal Kishore Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha is present.
The suit filed by the petitioners has already been dismissed by the competent court on 11.07.2019. The impugned order records these facts. The petitioners were granted Patta for excavation of soil for a limited time period. The Patta expired in the year 2014. Thereafter the petitioners did not have any right to continue. The disputed parcels of land have now been allotted to other persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid facts. There is no illegality in the impugned order.
The writ petition is dismissed.
