Heard Sri Ajai Maurya for the petitioner and Sri Santosh Kumar Singh for respondent-bank.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2017 filed in respect of granting no dues certificate of his loan account.
The counsel for the respondent-bank states that although due to mistake amount of Rs. 85,000/- has been credited in the loan account of the petitioner under UP Debt Relief Scheme 2017 but later on the amount has been taken back as such the petitioner is still in dues of Rs. 85,000/-.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the appropriate authority / Collector respondent-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2017 in respect of his entitlement of the benefit of UP Debt Relief Scheme, 2017 within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order.
The petitioner is given liberty to file a copy of representation along with certified copy of this order as well as other relevant papers before appropriate authority / Collector within a period of two weeks from today.
