The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
“i. To issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the FIR dated 22.10.2017 (Annexure No.1 to this Writ Petition) Under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 354 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Case Crime No.53/2017, P.S. Mahila Thana, Distt- Farrukhabad.”
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, bearing no.4/2018 dated 27.06.2018, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
