Heard Sri S.P. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Irshad Hussain, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a direction to the respondent authorities to complete fair and impartial investigation with respect to case crime no. 92 of 2018 under section 409 I.P.C., police station Maniyar, District Ballia.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the petitioner is not the informant of the case to which learned counsel for the petitioner states that on the complaint of the petitioner, the F.I.R. of the present case has been lodged by the complainant against the accused persons.
Learned A.G.A. further pointed out that the F.I.R. of the present case was challenged by the accused Shamim Ahmad before this Court in Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 18019 of 2018 and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had stayed his arrest vide order dated 11.7.2018.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
