Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the contesting respondents.
By means of present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief(s):
"(i) issue a writ order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to return the admission fees of the petitioner along with interest.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no.2 to enquire the respondent no.3 institution for cheating and forgery against the candidates admission under the management quota.
(iii) issue such other order or direct which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the case.
(iv) to award cost to the petitioner."
Generally in this case, refund of the fee has been sought against respondent no.3, which is a private college. The respondent no.3 is bound to do the needful in case refund is justified under circumstances when the admission and study have been denied to the petitioner.
However, no interference is made at this stage, because the matter is exclusively private between the petitioner and respondent no.3. However, the petitioner may seek his legal remedy open to him.
With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
