Heard Sri Santosh Kr. Singh Paliwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Vivek Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondent-University.
This writ petition has been filed interalia for the following relief:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.2&3 to issue the Degree of B.Ed. Examination 2013 to the petitioner (Roll No.130030141005 and Enrolment No. 0577390) in pursuance of the online application dated 20.06.2021 (Annexure no.3) and also send/provide the Transcript of B.Ed. Course to the World Education Services Attention: Documentation Center 102- 2820, 14th Avenue Markham, on L3R 0S9, Canada or petitioner in pursuance of the online application dated 29.06.2021 (Annexure no.4) within a period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that relief as prayed has already been granted to the petitioner, hence the petition has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the respondent-University does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
