1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Patel appearing for the applicant.
2. The applicant original petitioner has filed Special Civil Application No.19412 of 2006 wherein the applicant original petitioner has challenged order of compulsory retirement. The petitioner is out of employment since 2006 upon having been compulsorily retired. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court (Coram:K.S.Jhaveri, J.) passed below mentioned order on 24/09/2008 in Civil Application No.11311 of 2008:
"On the facts and circumstances of the case the main matter shall be listed for hearing in the first week of December 2008. Application stands disposed of accordingly."
3. In light of the same, the office is directed to take necessary steps complying the said direction vide order dated 24/09/2008 passed in Civil Application No.11311 of 2008 and list the petition in the cause list of final hearing accordingly.
4. The Civil Application stands disposed of.
