This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents nos. 2 & 3 to make proper and fair investigation and arrest the accused persons in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 8.11.2018 in Case Crime No. 370 of 2018 under sections 147, 148, 34, 323, 324, 307 I.P.C., police station Naugawan Sadat, District Amroha.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the F.I.R. of the present case been lodged only on 8.11.2018 and the petitioner, who is the informant of the case has come up before this Court praying for a direction for fair investigation in the matter.
The petition is dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition after three months from today, if the investigation of the present case is not concluded.
