JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking for a direction to the Court below to dispose of E.A.No.63 of 2016 in E.P.No.554 of 1999 in O.S.No.449 of 1994, on the file of the I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappallai, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, the present civil revision petition has been preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
2. On the basis of the materials placed, it is found that the above said application has been preferred under Section 47 and under Order XXI Rule 99 & 101 of the Code of Civil Procedure. It is, further, found that in the above said application, counter has been filed by the first respondent herein on 22.09.2016, and thereafter, the matter had been adjourned for three or four occasions. It is found that the Court below is already seized of the matter and endeavouring to dispose of the same at the earliest.
3. Already the Court below has been impressed in taking up the old cases and other specific cases on priority basis and to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
4. In such view of the matter, I do not find any reason to issue direction to the Court below to give priority for the disposal of E.A.No.63 of 2016 in E.P.No.554 of 1999 in O.S.No.449 of 1994, within a time frame work.
5. Resultantly, the civil revision petition is dismissed.
