Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"1. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 (Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur to decide the Mutation Case No. T- 201814360102109/2018 under section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Ali Gauhar Versus Khairul Nisa) which is pending before him since 11.5.2018 within the period specified by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation case filed in the year 2018 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
