Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the order passed by this Court on 27.09.2018, Section 3(2)5 & 3(1)B of SC/ST Act has been typed, in fact, it should be Section 3(2)(V क) & 3(1)(द) of SC/ST Act.
Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.2 of 2018 is allowed. Necessary correction has been made in the original order.
Order dated 27.9.2018 will stand corrected as follows:
In the 3rd line of 2nd paragraph, "Section 3(2)5 & 3(1)B" should be read as "Section 3(2)(V क) & 3(1)(द)".
