JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to conduct enquiry and to file the final report in Crime No.666 of 2016 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.
3.Taking into account the nature of the allegations made in the F.I.R., this Court cannot direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.666 of 2016 in a time bound manner.
4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.666 of 2016 expeditiously and to file either final report or closure report, as the case may be. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the respondent police by submitting necessary documents.
