The defect, if any, pointed out by the Stamp Reporter may be rectified by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
Petitioner has filed an application on 14.09.2018 before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Kol, District Aligarh for getting the status of bhumidari with transferable rights.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the application dated 14.09.2018 was not being decided. Therefore, a prayer has been made to issue a direction to decide the application dated 14.09.2018 expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application filed by the petitioner on 14.09.2018, be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
