1. Heard Sri Sudhakar Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. is present for State-respondents.
2. Present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 22.09.2018 lodged against the petitioners and registered as Case Crime No. 397 of 2018 under Sections 452, 363, 366, 323 IPC, Police Station- Bilari, District Moradabad.
3. Learned A.G.A. states that police has submitted final report.
4. Since Police has submitted final report, petitioners have now remedy before Magistrate concerned. Hence this Court has nothing to do further in the matter.
5. Dismissed accordingly.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
