Learned advocate for the parties are present and respondent is also present with his father. As is communicated to this Court the parties are endeavoring for amicable settlement of the disputes, and the next date of their meeting is fixed on 8th July 2012.

Custody of the child is with the petitioner herein. However, in wake of this development, no interim order in that respect is desirous today.
