JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Rule.
Mr.P.R. Joshi, learned counsel waives service of Rule for the respondent.
2. Considering the averments made in the application, the application is taken up for final hearing forthwith.
3. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for listing the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.21916 of 2006 for final hearing.
4. In view of the above, the application is allowed. The main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.21916 of 2006 is fixed for final hearing in the week beginning from 18.06.2012. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
