This PIL has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer for issuing a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to remove the encroachment made on the land of the park by the respondent nos. 6 to 8 in the form of Mosque.
When this matter was taken up today, Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 4 has stated that not only the Mosque but also the Temple which have been illegally constructed on the land of the park shall be demolished within a month.
In view of the statement made by Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 4, no further order is required to be passed in this PIL.
